About

20+ years building the GTM motions that turn early traction into repeatable revenue.

Today I work through The Sinay Way LLC, helping seed and Series A companies build the go-to-market motion they need, primarily to enter the US market. I lead with GTM diagnostics and advisory work, and keep select fractional CRO engagements for the companies that need an operator in the room.

That work is grounded in two decades of watching what separates GTM teams that scale from those that stall: not just the size of the team, but whether the right people are doing the right things at the right stage. It’s the same lens I bring to the AI systems I build for ICP mapping, market research, and outbound.

My credibility is shaped by operating experience, not theory. I’ve hired and developed technical talent, sales engineering teams, coached managers through growth stages, and built GTM motions from zero to repeatable pipeline. I also support founders through the MIT Venture Mentoring Service and serve on the Boston Israel Innovation Group board (gobiig.org).

Outside of client work, I organize the AI Tinkerers GTM chapter in Boston, where founders and GTM leaders test what actually works when AI enters the revenue motion, from ICP research and outbound to enablement and pipeline operations.
